To import results from past years, or to transfer data from another system, proceed as follow:

Step 1 - Configure the test settings

1. Add all the tests your wish to import in your test library (Settings-Assessment-Test Library)
2. Add these tests to a test battery
3. Add all the dates/periods linked to the data you want to import in the assessment calendar

Step 2 - Import the data

1. Generate the data collection spreadsheet with the new system (explained here http://support.en.fitstatswellness.com/support/solutions/articles/13000015952-importing-test-results)
2. Export the results to be imported from your other system (in Excel or CSV format)
3. Paste the exported data on the newly generated spreadsheet and save it
4. Import the spreadsheet
