To assign a single school/group and all related subgroups/classes to a non-admin staff user, enter the school/group name in the school/group and leave the Subgroup/class column empty.
To assign multiple schools/groups and all related subgroups/classes to a non-admin staff user, enter the school/group names separated by a semicolon (ie: School A;School B;) in the school/group column and leave the Subgroup/class column empty.
To assign specific subgroups/classes from multiple schools/groups to specific non-admin staff user, leave the school/group column empty and add each School/group - Subgroup/class combination separated by a semicolon in the Subgroup/class column (eg: “School A - Class ABC;School B - Class ABC;”). Make sure to separate the school/group and subgroup/class names by an hyphen character, not a dash (https://www.thepunctuationguide.com/en-dash.html).
Important:
If a school/group is listed in the ‘Schools’ column then the user will have access to all classes/subgroups of the entire school/group.
The school/group names can be left blank if there is one or more class/subgroups listed in the 'Subgroups/Class' column.
